Door Stripping

We offer a fast and professional door stripping service and pride ourselves in how clean we can strip doors. Doors are first dipped then are neutralised and washed down thoroughly. They can be further neutralised with hot water and vinegar should any white crystals form on the surface.

Door handles should be removed prior to stripping but locks and handles can be left in place.  We recommend doors be finished in Danish Oil.

Price for stripping depends on the number of doors and whether they are painted or varnished. Charge is approx  £40.00 per door. We cover the whole North of Scotland including Orkney, Shetland and Western Isles and doors can be dropped at our premises anytime.

Here are 2 doors that we have stripped and restored. The door on the right has been altered and a pane of safety glass fitted to the centre of the door . We alsohave some doors in stock which we can modify.
